Vegging out in Reader’s Digest
The March issue of Reader’s Digest is out, with a cover story on hospital food that I’m dying to read, and a food section devoted to vegetarianism. I contributed a story on vegetarian myths with assistance from some well-known veg Canadians. Pick up the magazine for some great soup recipes, too – I plan to cook up a pot of borscht, perhaps with some black bread on the side.
